DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with one of the well established engineering & Construction group in Hong Kong providing solutions for utilities, electricity, civil construction, rail and road sectors. They are currently looking for an HR Officer, C&B focus to their HR Business unit.


Responsibilities:

• Process payroll and related duties for certain business line departments, including over-time com
• Prepare annual tax returns, rental reimbursement forms, MPF and medical enrolment for employees
• Follow up medical insurance renewal and related policies review; file cost summary and reports on archive
• Prepare regular reports on leave records, headcounts or other human resources related matters for management review
• Assist in administering onboarding, offboarding, movement, benefit, and other HR related duties
• Provide an effective advisory service to employees at all levels on employment affairs
• Assist with ad-hoc projects

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree holder in HR management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in an in-house HR role, C&B related position will be an advantageous 
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• Knowledge of HRIS and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Assertive, meticulous, proactive and well organized
