Job Description

Duties

  1. Perform general reception duties
  2. Handle daily attendance record
  3. Responsible for meeting room management and reservation
  4. Provide general office administrative support, including office supplies and equipment maintenance
  5. Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  1. Diploma holder or above
  2. Preferably with 2 years' of working experience
  3. Excellent telephone manner, customer services and interpersonal skills
  4. Good knowledge and experience with administrative work
  5. Knowledge of MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
