Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment process, training and development, performance management, employee relations, annual budget
- Regular review and implement HR policies and procedures and make recommendations for continuous enhancement
- Lead / Participate in various annual exercises/ HR projects/ HR system implementation projects
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 4 years’ solid experiences at supervisory level
- With Retail/ FMCG / Sizable Firm exposure is highly preferred
- With Mass Recruitment experience is definitely an advantage
- Knowledge in HRIS implementation is in advantage
- Well versed in Hong Kong, PRC and Macau Employment Ordinance is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
