Responsibilities:

• Perform pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including but not limited to preparation of tender, cost estimation, carry out measurement for the purpose of tendering, assessment of variations, re-measurement, interim payment applications, final accounts preparation and settlement;
• Prepare both tender and project budget for cash-flow monitoring;
• Arrange collection, preparation of information and records for tender and contractual documentation;
• Attend meetings and regular site inspections as required;
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies, Civil Engineering or related subjects;
• At least 8 years' experience in tendering or quantity surveying in local building/ civil construction works, experience in steel structure/ infrastructure is a plus;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, good team player with strong planning and time management skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
