• Provide technical support to property management
• Prepare tender documents, tender analysis reports for repair, maintenance and renovation works
• Carry out on-site inspection, supervision and co-ordination of works
• Prepare reports and records, prepare the preventive maintenance plan and budget
• Assist other ad hoc assignments as required

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering / Facilities Management / Property Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience in property management, building services, maintenance or related field
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Mature, organized and possess integrity and good communication skills
