• Responsible for project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and meet objectives
• Define project scope and communicate effectively with different departments
• Provide project updates and track project status on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Conduct project review and report to evaluate our team processes and share recommendations for improvement
• Provide solutions to resolve complex or difficult risks/issues in a timely and effective manner
• Facilitate collaboration across the team to resolve challenges before they become project-threatening
• Intuitive, clear, calm and effective communicator with stakeholders, executioners, and internal teams
• Understand the craft of the work of colleagues, not only the deadlines but what it takes to make great work

• Degree in an information system, business or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ functional experience in the retail and wholesale industry
• Possess systems implementation experience is an asset
• Solid understanding of the business process and flow of retail areas
• Excellent business judgement and analytical skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
