Job Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting duty including journals preparation and reports preparation
• Support data upload and reconciliation
• Supervise customer accounts maintenance and records
• Involve in system enhancement, re-engineering and workflow control
• Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments 

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance.
• Over 5 years accounting experience in multinational companies.
• Experience in retail / e-commerce / direct selling industry experience is an advantage.
• Experience in system automation and enhancement is a plus.
• Experience in SAP & Flex accounting is advantage.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, and detail-minded.
• Mature, self-starter, fast learner and independent worker with “can-do” attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written skills in both English and Cantonese are essential.
• Strong PC skills, especially in Excel.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
