Job Description
Responsibilities
- Daily AR and AP book-keeping
- Prepare customer statements and answer enquiries about customer statements
- Assist company monthly and yearly financial statements
- Sales commission and sales report computations
- Assist random stocktake and reconcile inventory levels
- Prepare reports requested by the GM and the Directors
- Update and maintain all accounting schedules
- Perform inter-company transaction reconciliations
- Monthly employee salary issuance
- ERP systems experience preferably MICROSOFT NAVISION 2018
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
- Holidays: Public Holidays
- Location: Kwai Chung
- Base Salary: $25,000 - $30,000x 13 months
- Annual Leave: 12 days
- Probation Period: 3 months
