Job Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative support to Environmental, Safety & Health Operation in motor businesses in Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan to fulfill Group ESH Policy and ESH statutory requirements
• Cooperate with ESH Operations to provide the standardized documents, template and materials to Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan operations
• Organize safety meeting, prepare safety reports and safety meeting minutes
• Prepare materials and documents for ESH promotion and ESH training
• Assist in analysis of incident data for review and conduct the safety training plan
• Assist in coordination of ESH projects and promotions, e.g. Road Show, Seminar, Campaign & other incentive scheme to enhance the SHEQ (safety & health, environmental, quality) culture
• Maintain a systematic ESH filing database based on ISO 45001 standard
• Update and maintain the policy, procedures, instructions, documents and records for integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001) for Hong Kong & Macau
• Participate in internal audits and external audits
• Provide support in ad hoc projects as assigned by superior 

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary Education, or Bachelor Degree holder in Occupational Safety & Health / Environmental Engineering / related discipline is a definite advantage
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant administrative experience
• Familiar with OSH ordinance / ISO requirements
• Independent, proactive, self-motivated with strong organization skills
• Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
• Proficient in PC applications, eg. Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Administrative Officer – Environmental, Safety & Health
• Work Location: Tsuen Wan (7-10 minutes' walk from MTR)
