Responsibilities:

• Review works of accounting teams of the PRC group companies and prepare monthly accounting and management reports such as budgeting, analysis and cash flow;
• Perform financial analysis on monthly/ quarterly/ annual closing for PRC group companies;
• Work closely with PRC accounting teams and auditors on accounting and taxation issues;
• Ensure proper internal control procedures and group accounting policies are followed among PRC group companies; 
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree in Accounting;
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in accounting field; 
• Strong understanding in both HK and PRC accounting standards, tax customs, and legal issues;
• Experience in construction industry is an advantage;
• Experience in Big Four accounting firms is highly preferred;
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail minded and independent; 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail minded and independent;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
