Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support Ordering & Invoicing Team
- To prepare sales order, sales invoices, and data entry
- To provide clerical support
- To handle other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
Requirements
- Form 6 or above
- Proficient in Cangjie input method, MS Word and Excel
- Independent and self-motivated
- Willing to work overtime and meet deadline
- 1-2 years working experience is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
