BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeller

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing BIM models for projects
• Assist in preparing data, drawings and presentation materials from BIM models conforming to project’s requirements and instruction.
• Create BIM contents (Revit families) and details (Revit drafting views).
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments or projects

Requirements : 

• Hold valid CIC Certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) or equivalent in relation to architectural, engineering, surveying or construction-related discipline
• Knowledge in BIM Technical / Development / Automation / Rendering as a first priority
• Knowledge in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong communication, well organization & energetic
• Fluency in Chinese and English
• For BIM Co-ordinator, 3-5 years BIM modeling experience
• For BIM Modeller, Minimum 2 years BIM modeling experience
