MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the Master Data record (i.e customer, vendor, pricing condition etc) for APAC markets (SAP system)
  
• Verify the sufficiency and validity of supporting documents 
• Ensure proper level of approval obtained and proper system tool used for submission/approval
• Check and ensure master data consistency. Maintain a clean master database with no duplication and no inactive data
• Provide solutions and recommendations to users on resolving issues and handle exceptional request
• Document and communicate clear regional guidelines to APAC markets
• Identify ineffective/inefficient areas of current data management processes
  
• Support internal audit process and provide documentation and analysis as require

JOB PROFILE

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in MNC or sizable firm
• University Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines with recognized professsional accounting qualification preferred
• Hands-on experience in Financial Accounting and audit experience preferred
• Sound knowledge on SAP. Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Words
• Stable, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility, self-initiated, independent and able to meet deadlines
• Analytical minded and good problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills and customer oriented
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
