Job Description
The job:
- Prepare system design documents and training materials
- Provide IT Support and user training to local and overseas users
- Manage, administrate and maintain applications systems in on-premises
- Perform IT asset / inventory management
- Provide guidance to support staffs in other regions
- Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal / external audit and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 3+ years or above large-scale IT infrastructure and support experience, regional exposure preferred
- Familiar with AD, Exchange, Linux, Azure, O365, Email gateway
- Experience on Exchange 2013 / Online / Office 365 / JIRA Helpdesk is an added advantage
- Good communications skills of both English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin
