Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and responsible for full range of HR & Office Admin tasks and activities
• Act as the HR Business Partner in liaison with senior management and line managers on headcount planning, manpower allocation, performance management, people development, etc.
• Monitor and cross-check the HR team on daily C&B operations in payroll processing, benefits administration, as well as conduct annual exercises in merit increase and pay review, survey and bencnmarking, scheme review and renewal, etc.
• Review and develop the HR Policy and Procedure coping with the growth of business
• Oversee the office administration functions

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of solid HR and Office Administration experience, with at least 4 years at a supervisory level
• Hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR functions
• Good team leading and coaching skills
• Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
