Our client is one of the world's leading luxury retail Group, they are inviting the below Contractor:
Contract Human Resources Officer (under agency payroll)

Clerical and administrative support to HR Dept
Maintain HR databases and filing

Job Responsibilities
Provide all-rounded HR services in recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relation, training and etc
Assist in online job posting, candidate screening & interview arrangement, and handle frontline recruitment to support the business operations in Hong Kong
Responsible for new staff on-boarding and departure processes
Maintain accurate employee data and leave records in HRIS and personal files Handle monthly HR reports, payroll, MPF, taxation and benefit administration processes
Assist in C&B projects such as budget & forecast, salary survey, performance review, policy review and etc
Maintain good employee relation with all levels of staff, and hold activities like annual dinner, birthday party and etc
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience preferably in luxury retail industry
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS; knowledge of IPL and SAP systems is advantageous
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Positive, organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Contract Human Resources Assistant
