Requirements       : 

• Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent;
• 5 years or above in QS/Tendering experience in Foundation Project;
• Proficient in computer application, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor;
• Fresh graduate will also welcom

 Responsibilities:  

• Taking off of BQ items from drawings;
• Supplier/subcontractors payment assessment;
• Preparation of materials requisition order
• Application of interim payment to the Consultants/Main Contractor
• Preparation of cost variation/claims and submission to the Consultants/Client/Main Contractor
• Cost analysis & control and contract adminsitration
• Responsible for tendering document review, estimation and submission
