Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for daily accounting duties including A/R, A/P, bank reconciliation;
• Assist in preparation of financial and management reports as required;
• Support year-end auditing;
• Manage invoicing process;
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 2-3 years accounting experience from sizable organizations
• Experience in Food and Beverage or retail industry is a plus
• Knowledge in Dynamic 365 (D365) is an advantage
•  Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized with multi-tasking skills and detail-minded
• Proficient in MS Office applications (in particular for Excel)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
