Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
• Perform day-to-day accounting operations including preparing vouchers, cheques and bank reconciliation, bank receipts, payroll and payment transactions
• Control the account receivables and account payables
• Prepare full sets of Financial Reports
• Assist in ad-hoc day-to-day accounting functions

Requirements:

• Related qualification such as LCCI Higher Cert or Diploma in Accounting
• Proficient in both English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Relevant experience in accounting field preferred
• Experience in Peachtree accounting system preferred
• Immediate availability preferred
