• Lead, drive and partner with the business lines to roll out different projects to cope with business needs
• Resolve project issues, and timely escalate to supervisors and/or relevant stakeholders for effective issue resolution
• Manage stakeholders, IT counterparts, vendors / consultants to ensure proper communication took place and their respective output quality
• Support and provide advice in feasibility study / solution sourcing, and manage large or complex projects
• Advise and review user requirements to ensure it is aligned with the original objective
• Keep abreast of relevant latest regulatory requirements, industry initiatives, requirements and protocols, and relevant technology and solutions in best effort
• Ensure transparency and report progress of projects the Department Head and relevant stakeholders 

• Bachelor degree holder Computer Science / IT information / Business Adminstration or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in banking industry or consulting firms, relevant practical experience in Digital Banking / Mobile Banking / e-Banking revamp projects / Core banking projects
• Solid experience in handling system development life cycle
• Good knowledge in banking products and services
• Strong project management, people management, influencing and analytical skills
