Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial activities and business performance of the Club’s operations; compile various financial/ costing analysis; prepare financial and management reports, forecast & budgeting and analyze the variance with sound justifications
• Formulate and implement Finance policies & procedures and ensure adherence to government regulations, licensing, insurance, audit and tax requirements
• Regular review of the Procurement policies & procedures; evaluate the purchasing needs according to the approved CAPEX and OPEX
• Conduct risk assessment and manage internal controls to ensure assets, revenues and costs are under effective control
• Set up and manage a database to maintain standardized reports and facilitate future analysis
• Supervise IT section to ensure IT systems are properly functioning and protected

Requirements:

• University graduates in Finance/ Accounting/ Business or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant with at least 10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis and management reporting with at least 5 years at managerial level, preferably gained from club or hotel operations
• Strong business acumen exhibiting industry-specific and accounting principles
• Strategic and tactful with excellent leadership, organizational and planning skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and build rapport with cross-functional business counterparts
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and financial management software
