Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including daily routine works, preparing vouchers and month-end closing;
• Handle Monthly Bank Reconciliation;
• Handle Fund Deposit made and Fund Withdrawal requested from customers;
• Handle Daily Client Money Segregation;
• Prepare Daily FRR Liquid Capital Projection Report;
• Participate in user acceptance test of centralised fund management system;
• Any other ad-hoc assignment requested by supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Student Member of recognised Professional Accountancy Bodies (e.g. HKICPA , ACCA , CPA Australia , etc.);
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant Finance / Accounting experience in securities brokering business;
• Passionate and Enthusiastic with using new Technology for the financial service industries;
• Proficient in using Flex System;
• Knowledge of Ayers Settlement System (BOS) is an advantage.
