Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Perform general office administrative duties
  • Responsible for mailing service & facilities management
  • Manage warehouse inventory level, logistics, destruction, and safety compliance according to company policy
  • Supervise OA duties including incoming mail and internal document distribution and backup where necessary
  • Outdoor errands management
  • Office security system administration
  • Handle procurement of office equipment, repair & maintenance service
  • Work closely with different internal departments, pursue timely and effective communication
  • Company event setup and support
  • Monitor and escort for maintenance work
  • Vendor performance management and service reporting
  • Assist in group administration procurement/ projects (i.e. Office relocation and restacking)
  • Assist in implementing Group Admin procedures to ensure the efficiency of company operations (functional consistent standard, reports, and processes)
  • Ad hoc tasks as per requirement by the supervisor when needed

 Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 3-5 years or above relevant working experience in sizable company.
  • Knowledge of health & safety within a large office complex.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Microsoft Edge.
  • Adaptable to changing needs and demands, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning skills, organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to work in flexible working hour. (i.e. overtime, weekend, etc.)
