The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing New Installation building projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop objectives, operations strategies & targets for implementing & executing project
• Manage full project life cycle from site intake to handover including preparation and reviewing project program, schedule of milestones, resources planning, layouts/records submissions, quality control, subcontractor’s management and site safety in accordance with WWJSSS, to ensure compliance of the project specifications
• Coordinate all phases of projects, including customer interface, client development, project scoping, procurement, construction oversight, and cost management
• Manage the project team and ensure the process complies with code requirements, ethics & compliance requirements and company standards

Qualifications

• 12 years+ solid project management experience, preferably in large-scale project with prestige clients and high rise new build experience
• Building service experience preferably gain from lift & escalator industry
• Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking, listening, writing, and reading
• Good presentation & communication skills
• Possesses 5+years experience as a people manager
• Relocate to Taiwan
