Job Description
Our Clients, a well-established banks in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Senior Operation Manager.
Responsible for ensuring the efficient and quality operations of Operations Department which is responsible for the areas of Account Opening & Account Maintenance, Customer Due Diligence, Autopay & FPS processing, Inward & Outward Clearing, Fixed Deposit and MPF Transactions Processing.
Main Responsibilities:
· Lead the administration, processing and operations in the Department to ensure compliance with established procedures.
· Plan, coordinate and prioritize the use of resources. Continuous reviews of operating losses and expenses to maximize profits and minimize losses.
· Ensure the risk control and internal operations control.
· Monitor the proper status of all activities in Operations Support Department and prepare regular and ad hoc management report to superior.
· Recommend methods to streamline all process to improve cost effectiveness and work efficiency.
· Support related product development and marketing activities.
· Provide Cross-department support.
Requirements:
· Degree holder or above, Master degree in Business is preferable.
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in banking operations with emphasis on centralized processing and management function.
· Requires in-depth knowledge of banking operations procedures, general banking products & facilities and customer requirements.
· Ability to work independently and under pressure.
· Good knowledge in information technology and project management.
· Good command of English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated with strong analytical mind.
