Fast-Growing Law Firm in Admiralty hiring an Accounts Manager or Executive

We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual who is keen to develop him/herself in a valuable practice area that is in high demand.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage bank operations, receipts and payments of client and office accounts, timely processing of transactions and bank account reconciliation
• Review matter related ledgers / balances and ensure timely clean-up of aged items
• Perform general accounting duties, handle payments and receipts, prepare vouchers, data input and other related tasks
• Prepare, record and process accounting transactions and ensure that allocation to accounts is accurate
• Interface bankers, auditors, and local and global teams
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

 Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years' experience with solicitors’ firm accounting including experience in handling client accounts and office accounts
• University graduate in Accountancy or other relevant discipline
• Experience in handling local and transnational banking operations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented, mature, responsible, pro-active and hard working
• Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and to meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience in accounting software
