• Provide assistance on budgeting, forecast and planning activities
• Track financial status by monitoring variances from budget plan
• Provide recommendations and action plan in bridging gaps by evaluating results and variances from budget plan
• Assemble and summarise data, prepare reports, create financial models and provide advice to make sound business decision
• Analysing management account and forecasting on a regular basis to improve company’s financial status
• Perform cost benefit analysis to assess sales channels’ proposals
• Perform business volume and expenses analysis and monthly performance reports for each sales channels
• Perform rolling expenses forecast to support agile financial planning
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis works as required by the management

• University degree in Accounting or Finance / Economy, with at least 3 year experience in FP&A (Experience in life insurance companies is preferred)
• Qualified CPA is preferred
• Excellent information management, organizational, problem analysis and problem solving skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Chinese reporting writing skill is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
