Job Description

• Handle daily accounting entries for equities brokerage/futures and options/TRS and structure notes business and relevant reconciliation
• Month end AR/AP gross up financial adjustment
• Produce daily trust reconciliation report and execution
• Produce accounting schedule for daily FRR and support monthly FRR computation
• Cashflow projection and forecast
• Automation projects: Provide user requirements and perform UATs
• Work closely with Group finance team to provide timely feedback to their enquiries after month end report submission
• Liaise with Group auditor and local auditor to complete license entities statutory audit and special audit
• Ad hoc analysis for management

 Requirement:

• Good knowledge in standard listed financial products, such as equities, futures/options;
• Knowledge in OTC derivative is a plus;
• Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in accounting/relevant business degree，IANG is also welcomed;
• At least 4 years of solid working experience in Financial Services industry, OR with a Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting;
• Big 4 audit experience will also be considered;
• Responsible, positive, meticulous, self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn;
• Good communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
