條件：持認可社會工作學位或同等學歷，必須為註冊社工，熟悉中英文電腦文書處理，操流利廣東話，具三年相關工作經驗。另具長者服務、行政及財務管理、督導經驗或持統一評估機制認可評估員資格優先。負責策劃及推行長者鄰舍中心服務，包括與地區團體合作並統籌大型活動及推行專項服務計劃、個案輔導及管理、申請撥款、行政及督導工作。

除全職護士職位同工入職時即以長期合約 (Permanent Contract) 聘用或另有述明外，以上其他全職職位同工首 2 年均以合約形式聘用，表現良好者會按協會當時推行的政策有機會獲改聘為長期合約同工。

本協會將按需要要求申請人進行「性罪行定罪紀錄查核」，教學人員需填寫「查詢教員註冊資料申請表格」，以讓本協會可向相關機構進行查核。
