To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for the high caliber candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will join our HR & Administration Team and is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of  human resources services including but not limited to recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations;
• Support the employment cycle including but not limited to probation and performance management , internal staff movement and termination or exit procedure;
• Implement and Review existing HR policies and procedures to drive process improvement and streamline related workflows for enhancing efficiency of HR operation;
• Maintain employee data in HR System and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate;
• Handle medical claim administration includes enrolment, termination and following up shortfall invoice;
• Handle work visa application, renewal and termination;
• Provide all-round and daily administrative and office support;
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related disciplines
• 5 years’ solid experience in Human Resources management and HRIS, experience in financial service industry is highly preferred
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment ordinance
• Responsible, agile, adaptive to changes and resilient
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Candidates with more experience might be considered as Assistant Manager
• Immediately availble is highly preferred
