Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Application implementation and support for internal systems, such as OA, CRM;
- Business requirements gathering from both internal and external parties and translate into functional and technical specification;
- Project Management, system deployment and UAT;
- Coordination among internal users, IT Team and external IT vendors;
- Report any finding in bug tracking system and prepare testing reports.
- Bachelor degree holder of Information Technology or related;
- 1-3 years project management / business analyst or presales experience;
- Prefer with experience on OA / CRM Management projects;
- Good communication skills.
