Foreign Bank is looking for a Client Service Vice President for its Delta One Team

Your new role

• Client service related functions in Prime Delta One business
• Ensure trade and life cycle activities are precisely reported to clients on time
• Partnering with other operational teams internally to ensure smooth processing of any client trade activities.
• Liaison with clients and internal settlement team to resolve aged nostro break on a continuous basis to minimize risk to the business.
• Conduct due diligence activities with clients
• Acting as an escalation point for any client issues.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading
• Process streamlining
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, client service, control, and cost reduction and implement improvements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to new or junior staff.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of experience of client service
• Extensive project management skills
