Responsibilities:

• Review quality procedures and compliances
• Progress monitoring and carry out site audits according to the planned programme
• Enhance & promote site safety, sustainability and construction innovation
• Work closely with other project teams to ensure efficient and effective quality control

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management or relevant discipline with professional qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years must be in a senior management capacity in a similar capacity in large- scale construction projects and prestigious property development, preferably on the Mainland
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
• Based in Hong Kong and frequent travel is a must
• Candidates with better experience/qualification would be considered as Manager
