• Higher Diploma or above in Structural/Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline
  
• 4 years or above relevant experience in Foundation/Civil Works
• Good understanding of the Building Department's Regulations
• Familiar with costing, contract, regulations and site operations
• Strong communication, well organization & energetic
• Fluency in Chinese and English

• Assistant to Project Manager on project management include project staff organization, project planning, programming and progress monitoring, subcontractor arrangement and management, and contract management issues
• Oversee the overall site works planning, work progress, quality & safety and cost control
• Lead staff member on preparing method statements and tender submission
• Attend site meeting and reporting to Project Manager on daily operation
