• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years' experience in project co-ordination on construction sites
• Well-organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English
• Good knowledge in MS Office application

• Responsible for co-ordination site works and managing drawings, materials, method statement submission processing
  
• Assist the Project Manager to monitor the site operation, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials for completion of the project
• Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors for materials and shop drawings submission as well as statutory documents submission
