Job Description
職責 :負責屋苑日常維修及基本設施,油漆,泥水及五金工作, 監察承辦商工作,處理突發事情,懂得基本中央空調系統,電力裝置,消防設備及水泵系統
資歷 :沒有學歷要求; 2年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 持有電工A牌
待遇 :每月$21,000 - $22,000, 有超時工作津貼, 年假12天, 酌情性花紅 及醫療福利, 星期一至六: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作6天,輪休, 每天工作 9 小時, 間中需要超時工作
