Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain high visibility during service hours to ensure smooth running of operations, ensure members’ satisfaction of our club services and to improve members’ experience at club
- Build and maintain relationship with members, encourage repeat visits and record member profile and preferences
- Introduce K11 Musea latest promotion program to members and assist them for KLUB points registrations
- Assist in product / services promotion, upselling and improving sales performance, including but not limited to tea, beverage, wine and art pieces
- Provide general administrative support to Gentry Club, including procurement, general operations, etc.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related experience in luxury retail brand or 5-star hotels or high end private clubs
- Preferably hotel banquet an coordination experiences
- Energetic, pleasant and passionate about innovative services
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong customer service, telephone, presentation and interpersonal skills.
