Chef de Partie/Cooks/Junior Cooks

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Work with team members to ensure the high standards of food quality and hygiene in kitchen
• Preform and maintain smooth daily operation to maximize productivity
• Prepare and make ingredients and food based on recipes
• Maintain good conditions for the kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas conforming to the company standard
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:-

• 1-5 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of Italian cuisine will be an advantage
• Hardworking, well-organized, good team-player and work independently
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene
• Reasonable command of English
