Job Duties:

• Implement IT systems and services based on IT strategy
• Responsible for support of IT systems and services
• Manage team members and ensure success in projects and support
• Ensure smooth operation of retail stores and offices

Requirements:

• 5 years in IT system/application implementation and support, with at least 2 years in food/retail domain
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology
• Holders of professional qualifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL / CISA / CISSP preferred
• Experience in ERP, BI, POS, CRM, WMS, Manufacturing System, E-Commerce, Workflow
• Knowledge of O365, SQL (Oracle, SQL Server), Power BI, D365, HTML5 & Javascript
• Good at working with senior level management and team management, having good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Chinese and English
