• Degree in Business Administration / Property Administration
• 3 years or above administration experience in property field, such as leasing, property management, etc
• Independent, organized, logical mind, detail-minded
• Good communication skills and analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin is an advantage
