Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee full spectrum of human resources and administration functions of garment factory
• Set up HR and administration policies to align with company’s development strategies and monitor the execution
• Work closely with production team in manpower supply and control
• Handle cases related to grievance or labor dispute
• Conduct Social Responsibility Program to compile with customer's requirement
• station in Philippines/Vietnam
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

 Job Requirements :

• Degree holder in HR Management or relevant discipline
• A minimum 8 year’s HR management experience, knowledge of manufacturing operation is an advantage
• Experience in organizational change and transformation
• Independent, analytical with strong business acumen, good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office and HRIS System
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
