• 3 years or more experience in similar position in hotel or club industry with proven track record
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality and maintenance of service and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese
