Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process daily transactions of bilateral / syndicated loan in accordance with established rules and procedures
- Communicate with marketing / credit department related to loan processing
- Prepare banking returns, statistic / MIS and various reports to internal and external parties
- Process SWIFT payment, system data input and clerical duties
- Assist to coach junior clerical staff in loan transaction processing
- Provide administrative and cross-team support as required
- Diploma holder or above with around 4 years’ experience in loan operations
- A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Strong PC skills in MS Office including Words and Excel
