Responsibilities 
1、Handling ad hoc projects in business development and regulatory requirement, and coordinating with internal stakeholders;
2、Manage/ Monitor the daily operations including HK Equities & Futures, Overseas Equities,  Futures and Options , Fixed Income and Derivatives products;
3、Monitor daily task such as pre-matching, post trade processing, nominee services, stock reconciliation, IPO, corporate actions and placement;
4、Liaise with Brokers, in-house counterparties to follow up any settlement related issues and enquiries;
5、Ensure operational procedures in compliance with all relevant external regulators and in-house policies;
6、Involvement in projects to improve efficiency of processes, increasing controls and mitigating risk;
7、Participate in system development projects include UAT and system migration.

Requirements
1、Bachelor Degree holder or above;
2、5 years solid experience in Institutional settlement from sizable platform;
3、Knowledge of financial products such as structured products, bonds, equities and index/ commodities, futures and options etc;
4、Experience in trade support of Institutional Sales Department or Middle Office;
5、Knowledge of CCASS, DCASS, Omgeo CTM, CMU & Euro clear operations;
6、Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese and Proficiency in MS office;
7、Self-motivated, detail minded, good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently under pressure.
