Responsibilities:

• Handle the daily trading documents and data entry
• Perform data/ document checking; update data into system; maintain proper documentation and filing system
• Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support for the team
• Assist in administrative works
• Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

• 為團隊提供操作和文檔的支援
• 協助行政工作
• 完成主管安排的事項

Requirements:

• Working experience is not required
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and attention to details
• Good interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated, stable and able to work under pressure
• Perform 24-hour shift duty, 8.5 hour per day
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Package:

Double pay, Year-end bonus, 5-day work week, shift allowance, educational allowance.
年終雙糧，年終花紅，每週工作5天，輪班津貼，學習津貼。
