In the heart of the role:

• To find new and contemporary ways on delivering services and customer care in operation with key results of performance improvements and customer experience
• Evaluate and make recommendations on established workflow from customer perspectives for enhanced customer experience
• Leverage new and emerging digital trends in operation workflow design
• Work closely with BU heads and Business Development Director to understand and identify key needs and objectives for change
• Identify potential custom made or off the shelf enterprise applications to facilitate workflow change for improved efficiency and customer experience
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Desired Qualification & Experience:

• Degree holders with at least 6 years of experience/training in clinical operations and/or change management
• Proficient in speaking English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Good command of computer skills including MS Office Word, Excel and Power-point Presentation
• Ability to work with little or no direction in environments resistant to change or unable to change quickly
• Aptitude for understanding organization operations and culture and the related functional capabilities
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of stakeholders
