Job Description
The successful candidate will check and monitor the progress of building sites and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials of all mechanical and electrical installations. He / She will coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors to ensure the smooth implementation of contract requirements and specifications, as well as ensure all site works are carried out in compliance with related standards, quality control systems and the Company’s policy.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in handling on-site building services installation works
- Possess strong sense of integrity and responsibility
- Able to deliver quality product, achieve customer satisfaction and demonstrate teamwork, preparedness as well as sense of urgency
