(Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor)
Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or Building with 8 years in the building industry for handling the QS function an duties for construction projects
• Solid site experience in Main Contractor's organization is preferable
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel

Responsibilities :

• Taking off of BQ items from drawings; site measurements
• Suppliers/subcontractors payment assessment
• Preparation of materials requisition order
• Application of interim payment to the consultants
• Preparation of cost variation/claims and submission to the consultants/client
• Checking and monitoring of the payment for labour wages submitted by the subcontractors
• Handling of the site insurance matters

* Candidates with less experience and qualifications can be considered for the position of Assistant QS.

(Senior Quantity Surveyor)
Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or Building with 15 years QS experience in sizeable projects in main contractors
• With solid experience in handling QS functions independently for sizable projects in main contractors
• Familiar with costing and contract administration
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel

Responsibilities :

• To lead and supervise the project QS team members to carry out their necessary duties and function for the project
• To prepare and provide support in the costing, variations and contractual claim preparation and submission by the project team
• Handle the Project QS duties and function for large scale project
