About PwC X-venturer - innovative Leadership Programme

The PwC X-Venturer – Innovative Leadership Programme is the first offered in the professional services market. It is unique because X-Venturers will be able to learn how PwC provides solutions to our clients from different line of services and from there help encourage a holistic One-Firm approach. Therefore, you will have access to many teams and different people to allow you to build the network and foundation for your career at PwC.

It is a two year programme where PwC X-Venturers will work on projects across multiple business units/lines of services. As we look in to further developing your leadership skills, relationship building skills and innovative mindset. After the programme you would have a clearer career pathway, stronger network and knowledge from the different teams to provide an innovative and holistic solution to our clients and firm.  

For PwC X-Venturers you will have your own journey. There will be expectations that you would be required to help various businesses that are in need and at the end of the journey you would settle in one of our line of services to continue your career with a boarder exposure within PwC as you have been assigned to different business units across the firm. The X-Venturer must be open to try out new teams or opportunity and ensuring that all business needs are met.

 Job description and responsibilities

PwC X-Venturer members will have the opportunity to build their pathway in the first two years. Depending on your career aspirations and business needs your program manager will allocate your engagements. We will ensure you receive the right experiences for your qualification as well as having a diversified work experience based on your skillset and preferences.

As PwC X-Venturers will be involving in projects across all lines of services; We are looking for a diverse range of graduates from Business, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics disciplines, who can demonstrate a combination of:
