Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in mastering the bank accounts and treasury function of head office finance
• Establish and maintain good relationship with bankers
• Prepare compliance documents for banks, and handle bank account opening/ closure
• Maintain and update master copy of bank lists, signing authority and arrangement
• Prepare cheques, e-transfer and payment documents
• Validate payment applications and staff expense reimbursement claims
• Prepare bank reconciliations and schedules in support of month-end close
• Assist in finance automation and system enhancement projects in payment and treasury cycle
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 8 years' experience in treasury and payment
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
• With strong sense of carefulness and accuracy
• Detail minded, independent with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
